Hmmm... what to say, what to say? Let's see, I grew up in upstate New York in one of those towns where everybody knows everybody else and what they had for dinner the night before. Sounds quaint, but can get boring very quickly, so when it came time to go to college I moved to NYC and have been here ever since. Of course, now I can appreciate the quite stillness of where I grew up and why my parents moved from Staten Island when I was three to live there.

I'm a lawyer by profession, which, to my surprise, I actually enjoy quite a bit. But my passion is reading - my apartment is overflowing with books, and I am often reading two or three books at a time in addition to all the Doctor Who and Harry Potter fanfic that I can't get enough of lately.
